Painless Childbirth – Hypnotherapy Seminar

A two-hour seminar which will give you all the basics you need to start learning the skill set for a painless childbirth to help reduce the need for chemical painkillers and episiotomy. Based on hypnotherapy pain reduction techniques, learn to work with your body and your baby to release emotional conditioning that is tied to fear-based stories through simple daily practice and visualization.
