We all born as fully open, full of love, authentic human beings. Along the way because of the conditioning of our family, society, religion we lost connection with who we are. We gave up from our needs to fit in. To feel safe and loved. And we got thrown between what we need and what the others want from us. Most of the time we ended up feeling not satisfied with our lives, stressed out and with the lack of energy and maybe even sick.
This breath workshop is open to anyone who wants to release old tensions restored in their system, who wants to retain to connect with the pleasure of their bodies and log in with the full potential of their life energy.
Most importantly this workshop is for those who are brave enough to look at their issues that restrict them to reach their full potential in life.
In this 1-day long breath and meditation workshop, we will use mainly breath work, various techniques to dive into your unconscious and free whatever needs to be released to relax your body & mind system.
And with the help of meditations, we will have a chance to integrate the work that we have done during the whole day workshop.

TRANSFORM THE DIFFERENCES IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP FROM CONTRADICTORY TO COMPLEMENTARY AND EVOKE GREATER TRUST, LOVE AND PASSION
Why do couples have such a hard time understanding and meeting each other’s needs, especially when it comes to intimacy and sex? “Why won’t he just listen to me?” “Why won’t she have sex with me?”
Much of the tension between the sexes can be explained by differences in our fundamental wiring around how we experience connection, love, motivation and arousal. The truth is men and women sometimes speak very different languages! Unless we realize this and learn each other’s languages it can leave us confused, disheartened and frustrated.
Fear not! By understanding that these differences are actually the complementary energies of the masculine and feminine, you can learn to speak each other’s language and thereby magnify your sexual polarity, and transform conflicts into deeper trust, fiercer love and steamier passion.
At this Sunday Fling, you and your partner will:
- Learn the fundamental differences between the sexes or more accurately the sexual energy of feminine & masculine
- Understand how the path of arousal varies quite significantly between the sexes
- Explore how to evoke these complimentary polarities to cultivate deeper trust, connection, and long-term sexual chemistry
Sunday Flings are safe, compassionate spaces open to all genders and relationship models. You don’t need to be a “couple” to participate but you do need to attend with a partner that you feel comfortable doing clothes-on experiential exercises with.
Sunday Flings explore the topics of an intimate relationship, sex and sexuality through explicit discussion and clothes-on exercises. Full choice is respected. There is no nudity or sexual touch at our these workshops.
Come join us for this introduction to The Wheel of Consent: a foundational tool for all human relating – between friends, family, colleagues, and intimate partners.
This introduction will give you an opportunity to practice connecting with, valuing, and trusting yourself and your desire. This practice, combined with gaining clarity around your own and others’ boundaries for consensual interactions provide a foundation for ease, sensuality, confidence, self-responsibility, and freedom.
Tickets are $40. Limited spots (max 10)
What is the Wheel?
The Wheel is a model of consent developed by Dr. Betty Martin. It is based on, but not requiring, exchanges of touch. The Wheel distinguishes between the ‘doing’ aspect of the touch dynamic — who is doing — and the ‘gift’ aspect — who it is for. Once the distinction between those two aspects is clear, the entire dynamic of consent becomes clear.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning more about themselves and improving the quality of their relationships – personal or professional, with lovers, friends, parents, children, or colleagues.
No prior is experience necessary. For those who have been exposed to the Wheel, and those who have not, there are always new levels of awareness to be found. All genders and sexual orientations are welcome.
What happens at the workshop?
The workshop includes opportunities to practice noticing what you want, trusting and choosing that, and noticing what that is like for you. The context is educational. While the workshop includes opportunities for non-sexual touch exchanges with another person’s hand, you may choose to not take on, or sit out, of any exercise at any moment. Participation in the exercises is not required for you to get the full value of the workshop. If you know you would like to participate in the paired exercises and are concerned about working with someone you do not know well, bring a friend. If you would like more information before choosing to attend, you are welcome to reach out to the organizer with any questions or concerns (Facebook DM or 604 349 5474).
What have people said about this workshop?
“I learnt so much, more than I knew was available to discover. It was so incredibly valuable and the way I connect with people physically, emotionally and through communication is transformed.”
This training takes place on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-waututh) Nations.
