This 1 week long boot camp is designed for those who want to release old stuck energies and tension from our system in order to bring harmony to your body & mind. Dynamic Meditation is a wonderful meditation technique which has helped thousands of people around the world find inner calm, emotional balance and live a happier and healthier life.
Meditation doesn’t need to be tense sitting with achy bums and a whirling mind – something not exactly ideal after a day of high stress work spaces and mouse pointers imprinted on your retinas. Dynamic Meditation will get you moving, shaking and breathing in a totally different way, give your self a treat and come along.
Dynamic meditation meditation is a fast, intense and thorough way to break old, ingrained patterns in the bod-ymind that keep one imprisoned in the past, and to experience the freedom, the witnessing, silence and peace that are hidden behind these prison walls.
Dynamic Meditation is a highly active and energizing meditation that opens breathing, body, and inner energies, followed by witnessing and dancing. It lasts for one hour and has five stages
- The meditation is meant to be done in the early morning
- Dynamic needs to be done on an empty stomach (no solid food at least 2 hours before, ok tea/coffee)
- Wear loose clothes and bring bottle of water
- Please be on time as the doors will be locked at 7 am sharp
