Somatic Breath is a breathing technique that based on trauma resolution. It allows us to complete the non-completed survival energies to create full openness, aliveness in our body as well as a deep state of relaxation and self-regulation in our nervous system.
In this one day workshop with the help of active meditations, dance, movement and breath work, we will reconnect with our bodies, awaken our life energy, open more space for creativity, self-expression and joy.
