5 Day Detox: Sept 26-30th 2016 in the Empower Health Studio

5 Day Detox is a five day purification and detoxification process. The program includes 1 day of colon cleansing and daily morning yoga classes. The cleanse is designed to support the body to detox and at the same time allow emotions and feelings that arise through the process to be expressed and released through movement and open communication. The dynamic of the group carries the participants and serves as a great support for the cleansing process.

Sample cleanse itinerary

 7:00 am: Warm water with lemon & cayenne.

7:30 am: Yoga and breath class in studio

8:30 am: Pick up all provided essentials for the day:

  • Coconut water.

  • Green power juice.

  • Noni mix juice.

  • Green soup.

  • Nut milk protein.

  • Green soup & tea for the evening.

Evening: Optional meditation at home (audio files provided)

Tuesday or Thursday:  Colon hydrotherapy treatment scheduled to your availability.
