Have you heard of EFT Tapping?
Emotional Freedom Technique is “hot” right now because people across the globe are experiencing the powerful effects. It’s a magnificent way to shift emotion and our brains, now that we know our brains and even our genes can be transformed.
This is super exciting, since it is estimated that 80% of illness is related to negative emotions. Over 100 studies now support EFT and have been published in peer-reviewed journals. Even American Psychological Association declared EFT as the most effective “evidence-based” technique for PTSD and a number of other conditions.
What Happens in an EFT Session?
EFT has its roots in both western psychology and eastern acupuncture traditions. It involves tapping of certain points along energy meridians of the face and body, while reciting affirmations. Both the client and therapist can deliver the tapping, and sessions usually involve instructions so that you can take tools home with you for self-healing in times of need.
Who is using EFT?
Did you know that the US government sent practitioners to help troops overseas, using EFT for PTSD? Inspirators like Wayne Dyer used and supported the practice. Louise Haye, established self-help guru, used EFT to break through on a longstanding personal issue and even Oprah also has gone public as an enthusiastic fan.
And now EFT is coming to Empower Health!
